RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CATEGORY-WISE RETURN POLICY

📱 ELECTRONICS (Mobiles, Tablets, Desktops, Accessories)

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective or incorrect.
All electronics undergo a quality and functionality check.
Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, serial numbers, and seals intact.
Products damaged due to misuse, software issues, or physical damage are not eligible for return or refund.

👕 CLOTHING & APPAREL

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless defective.

🏠 HOMEWARE & LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Fragile items must be returned without damage; damaged items caused after delivery are not eligible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
